The Mansfield Planning Commission Tuesday approved a site plan for a new retail store that will be built at the corner of Lexington Avenue and Executive Drive.

City codes and permits manager Linda Price said Pumpkin Seed Bulk Store will bring 12 new jobs to the area and will be a great addition to Mansfield. She said the bulk food processing store will also have a deli.

In other business, the planning commission approved a variance request from Shaw Ott to reduce a front yard setback for a permanent handicap ramp at three locations, 414 Lida St., 468 N. Mulberry St., and 247 Wemples Ave.
